Yes. Behind Her Door is a UK-based platform for adult content, conversation and, where a creator chooses, physical items, between consenting adults. Everyone, visitor and creator, is age-verified before anything is shared.

You upload a photo of your ID, which is reviewed by the House before you can message a creator or unlock anything. It happens once, not every time you visit, and the ID image itself is deleted as soon as it's reviewed.

Only if she chooses to show it. Many of the women here work entirely without showing their face, and that's fully supported: never a lesser experience, just a different one.

We don't process your payment, so nothing about it passes through us at all. Your activity is never shared with a creator beyond what she needs to fulfil a request, and we don't sell your data. Full detail in our Privacy Policy.

Payments are arranged directly between you and the creator after your request has been accepted, by whatever method she specifies — most often by bank transfer for now. Behind Her Door does not receive, process or hold payments on behalf of creators.

Digital content comes straight through your account, never by email attachment, never anything that could land in the wrong inbox.

Some creators offer them: worn items, keepsakes, one-off drops. Where they do, you'll find the menu on her own door. Items are posted to the address you provide, packaged plainly with nothing on the outside that identifies what's inside.

Contact us within a set window. Digital content can't be "returned," and physical items can't be returned once dispatched. But genuine issues, like non-delivery or a damaged parcel, are always resolved.

If a creator offers custom requests, digital or physical, you'll find her menu on her own door. If she doesn't offer them, please don't ask twice.
