1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over, ID and age verified before your first upload, and legally entitled to create and share the content you post.
2. Your Content, Your Ownership
You retain ownership of everything you create. By posting on the Platform, you grant us a licence to host and display it to members according to the access settings you choose, whether that's a subscription, a one-off unlock, or a fulfilled request. You can remove content or close your door at any time.
3. What You Offer
You decide what you offer, digital or physical, and at what price, subject to our Boundaries: nothing illegal, nothing involving anyone who hasn't consented, nothing involving minors, and no arranging in-person meetings through the Platform.
4. Payment
Behind Her Door does not receive, process or hold payments on your behalf, and takes no share of what you earn. Payments are arranged directly between you and each member after a request has been accepted, by whatever method you specify, and you keep everything you're paid. You're responsible for declaring this income and paying any tax owed on it. You're an independent, self-employed creator, not an employee of the Platform.
5. Physical Items
If you offer physical items, you're responsible for packaging them plainly and dispatching them yourself. The Platform isn't liable for items lost or damaged in the post, though we'll help resolve genuine delivery disputes.
6. Conduct
The same Boundaries that apply to members apply to you. Harassment or exploitation of members, misuse of a member's personal data, including a shipping address, or breach of these Terms results in suspension or permanent removal.
7. Confidentiality
Any member information you receive to fulfil a request, like a shipping address, is to be used only for that purpose, never stored beyond what's needed, and never shared with anyone else.
8. Ending the Arrangement
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close your account for breach of these Terms or our Boundaries. Since the Platform never holds your earnings, closing your account has no effect on payments you've already arranged directly with members.
9. Liability
You're responsible for the legality and accuracy of what you post. The Platform isn't liable for your conduct as an independent creator, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content or conduct that breaches these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
