1. Who We Are
Behind Her Door ("the Platform," "we," "us") is a UK-based platform connecting verified adult members with independent adult content creators ("creators") who offer digital content, conversation-based sessions, and, where a creator chooses, physical items. Behind Her Door is run by its founding creators as independent sole traders — see our Contact page to reach us.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to view adult content in your jurisdiction. Age and identity verification is required before any content is shared. We reserve the right to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
3. Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. The Service
Each creator independently decides what she offers: digital content, conversation-based sessions, and, where she chooses, physical items. The Platform provides the space to connect and agree what's being offered; it does not create, direct, or control what any individual creator offers. 5. Payment
Payments are arranged directly between members and creators after a request has been accepted. Available payment methods may vary by creator. Behind Her Door does not receive, process or hold payments on behalf of creators. Prices are set by her, agreed with you before anything is provided, and the transaction is between the two of you — we are not a party to it and have no visibility of your payment details.
6. Content Licence
When you purchase digital content, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to view it for your own private use. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, screenshot for republication, or resell any content obtained through the Platform. Doing so may result in account termination and legal action.
7. Conduct
Use of the Platform is conditional on compliance with our Boundaries page. Harassment, coercion, attempts to identify or locate a creator, or persistently pushing past a "no" will result in immediate account termination without refund.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
Under UK law you normally have 14 days to cancel an order before it's fulfilled. For digital content and services delivered immediately, you'll be asked to explicitly agree before anything is provided — agreeing waives that 14-day right for that specific item, and once provided it cannot be returned. Physical items cannot be returned once dispatched, except where faulty, damaged in transit, or never delivered. See our FAQ and Complaints Procedure for how to raise an issue.
9. Liability
The Platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that can't be excluded under UK law, including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Termination
We may suspend or close your account at any time for breach of these Terms or our Boundaries, without refund of any unused balance where the breach involves misconduct.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept them.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
